Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on Refurbalers.com, a brand operated by A Material Asset Recovery Solutions LLC (“Mars LLC”), based in Pennsylvania.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused or uninstalled.
It must be in the same condition you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).

Custom-built, modified, or special-order items are not returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping
